Gir national park a domicile of the Asiatic lion. A King very rightly acknowledged and revered for its elegance, big hearted and gheer beauty.Gir national park is also known as Sasan Gir. The total area of Wildlife Sanctuary 1413 square kilometres, Gir jungle trail is mainly famous for Asiatic lion,Park is habitat ofthe Asiatic lion, Sambar and spotted deer (chital), blue bull (nilgai), chousingha (the world's only four-horned antelope), chinkara (Indian gazelle) and wild boar thrive  Jackal, striped hyena, jungle cat, rusty-spotted cat, langur, porcupine, and many other animals. Travellers can exploringGir National Park by Open Jeep Safari. Jeep safari is  available for Gir Jungle Trail  and  Devalia safari park.

Note: Gir Jungle Trail is closed from 16th June to 15th Oct every year.
Important Instructions for Visitors:
  1. Avoid visit if you have any symptoms of COVID-19.
  2. Persons 10 years and below and 65 years and above shall not be permitted to visit Gir Jungle Trail/Devaliya Safari Park.
  3. To ensure the social distancing the seating capacity in the vehicles are reduced to 100%.
  4. Face masks/shields are compulsory for all the visitors including eco-guides and safari vehicle drivers.
  5. Visitors are advised to carry the sanitizers and use them as and when required.
  6. It’s better to avoid touching surfaces as much as possible.

  •  All the process of Gypsy Safari reserving for Gir Jungle Trail are administered by the forest departments as per the rules and guidelines of India's forest departments  All 100% of permit for Gir Jungle Trail .

 Costumer Note: Important information that you need to know before you book

  •        Available online. For advance safari booking Kindly go through the following points:
  1. ID Proof: DL Number or Voter ID or Passport Number or Aadhar Card Only.
  2. The Traveler has to carry the same ID Proof as submitted in this form, while visiting GIR National Park.
  3. Full Name, Age and Gender of the each traveler as printed same on their identity cards along with the confirmatory amount
  4. We need original identity card number and type of the card, it must be Passport or Voter Card or Driving License or Aadhar Card only
  5. Please note that booking with the incorrect or incomplete ID proof will be considered invalid and the park visit will not be permitted against such bookings
  6. Foreign nationals are suppose to provide their details of the foreign tourist passport
  7. Do not forget to carry the same original ID provided at the time of booking
  8. Six persons can visit the Gir Jungle Trail with one E-permit
  9. Tourists can request for safari booking 03 months prior to their actual arrival
  10. Please note that we cannot influence the designated safari route on demand of tourists.
  11. Due to weather/unavoidable seasonal condition slight changes may be revised by authority in visit time. Bookings are non-transferable.
  12. Reserved seats cannot be resold / exchanged with any other visitor.
  13.   No entry without Original Photo Identity Proof.
